1. Who We Are and What This Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Bellwether Media LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Predictive Markets TV ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with our website at predictivemarkets.tv, our content, and our other services (together, the "Service").
You do not need an account to use the Service, but that does not mean no information is collected. Like nearly every website and online video service, ours collects certain information automatically, and may collect information you choose to give us. This policy describes what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
You can use most of the Service without giving us any personal information. You only provide information if you choose to — for example by subscribing to a newsletter or updates, contacting us through our form, or posting a comment where the Service allows it.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you access the Service, certain information is collected automatically, including log and device data (IP address, browser type, device type, OS, language, referring website, dates and times of visits), usage data (which content you view), and cookies and similar technologies.
2.3 Information from embedded content
Our pages and posts may include embedded content from third parties, such as video players (for example, embedded YouTube clips) and social media. These embeds can set their own cookies and collect data about you as if you had visited that third party's site directly, governed by that third party's own privacy policy, not ours.

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support our referral and affiliate links. Broadly, these fall into essential, analytics, embedded-media, and referral/affiliate categories. You can control cookies through your browser settings. 4. Affiliate and Referral Tracking
A core part of how Predictive Markets TV operates is linking to third-party platforms, including prediction-market platforms such as Polymarket and Kalshi. When you click one of our referral or affiliate links, you are taken to that third-party platform (which has its own privacy practices we do not control), that platform and/or an affiliate network may set cookies or identifiers to recognize that you arrived from us, and we may receive data telling us a referral, sign-up, or other action occurred.
5. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to operate, secure, and improve the Service; measure aggregate usage; respond to your messages; operate affiliate relationships; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with law and enforce our Terms.
6. Legal Bases (EEA and UK Users)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we process personal data on the bases of consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), legitimate interests (securing the Service, preventing abuse, aggregate usage), and legal obligation.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions, affiliate networks and linked platforms (per Section 4), for legal and safety reasons, or as part of a business transfer. Some uses of cookies for analytics or advertising can be treated as "selling" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws even when no money changes hands.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Service links to and references third-party platforms we do not control, including prediction-market and crypto platforms and social and streaming services. Their collection and use of your information is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are typically retained for around 30–90 days; analytics data per our analytics provider's settings; and newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

10.1 Everyone
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, contact us to access, correct, or delete what we hold, and control cookies through your browser.
10.2 EEA / UK
Subject to law, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We process and store data in the United States.
10.3 California
California residents have rights under the CCPA to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, with no discrimination. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any right, use our contact form.
11. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The Service is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
13. Do Not Track
There is no common industry standard for responding to "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not currently respond to them. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where the law requires.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the change.
